We need to review the WordPress setup, plugins, theme, backup status, existing errors and website condition before accepting responsibility for monthly maintenance.
Any existing cleanup or repair work will be quoted separately.
How often will the website be updated?
Standard maintenance is normally completed within a scheduled monthly maintenance cycle.

Can you guarantee that my website will never go down?
No. No website provider can guarantee that a website will never experience downtime or technical issues.
Hosting failures, domain problems, third-party services, plugin conflicts, cyberattacks and external platforms may remain outside our control.

Are website backups included?
We check whether an available backup or restore point exists before completing important updates.
The actual backup coverage depends on the website, hosting provider, available storage and installed backup system.

What counts as a minor content update?
Minor updates are small changes made within an existing page and layout.

Yes, but new pages, sections and layout changes are not included within the monthly maintenance allowance.

We check important website areas after completing updates.
When an issue is directly related to the update and can be resolved within the confirmed maintenance scope, we will review the available rollback or correction options.
Complex plugin conflicts, pre-existing problems, custom code and third-party failures may require separate troubleshooting or specialised support.
Do you repair hacked or malware-infected websites?
No. Malware removal, hacked website recovery, security incident response and advanced server repair are not included within our Website Maintenance service.
These issues should be handled by a specialised website security or technical recovery provider.
Are hosting, domain and plugin fees included?
No. Hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, software licences, backup storage and third-party platform fees are paid separately unless clearly included in the quotation.
The client remains responsible for keeping required subscriptions active.
Do you maintain WooCommerce websites?
No. Miura Visual does not currently provide monthly maintenance for WooCommerce or e-commerce websites.
Online stores involve payment systems, checkout functions, orders, inventory and greater commercial risk when technical issues occur.
How quickly will you respond to an issue?
Standard response times will be stated in the confirmed maintenance quotation.
Website Maintenance is not a 24-hour emergency response service.
Requests involving downtime, urgent recovery or issues outside the maintenance scope may require a separate quotation or specialised provider.
How is Website Maintenance pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the website condition, installed plugins, WordPress setup, required checks, maintenance plan and minor content update allowance.
Websites built by another provider may require a paid preliminary review before monthly maintenance begins.
