Message me with your cosplay character, date, event name, location, and shoot type.
Step 2
Confirm Details
I’ll check the timing, location, event flow, and whether the session is suitable.

Discuss Shoot Style
We’ll discuss the mood, pose ideas, references, and character direction.
Step 4
Shoot Day
Meet at the agreed location or event area and complete the session.
Step 5
Receive Photos
Edited photos will be delivered after selection and basic post-processing.

Questions you might have
Events Shoots
How do I book an event shoot?
Please message D.Creator Project with your shoot details before booking. Kindly provide your name, number of pax, event date, start time, anime or game name, character name, character version, and reference images if any.
Is my event shoot automatically confirmed after messaging?
No. Your event shoot is only confirmed after the shoot details are checked and the full advance payment is completed.
Do I need to pay in advance for an event shoot?
Yes. Once the booking is confirmed, full advance payment is required before 7 days of the event. If payment is not completed, the slot may not be secured.
What happens if I am late during the event?
Please be punctual. If you are late, the shoot time will still be counted from the originally confirmed start time.
Can I add extra time during the event?
Extra time depends on the photographer’s event timetable. We reserve the right to reject extra time if the schedule does not allow it.
Can I reschedule my event shoot?
You may reschedule your booking if there is another available time slot. Please inform us as early as possible so we can check the schedule.
Can I cancel my event shoot and get a refund?
There will be no refund for last-minute cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
What if the event does not allow photography?
If the event organiser or venue does not allow photography, the shoot will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided.
How long does event photo delivery take?
All photos will be provided in JPG format within 7 days after the event ends. Edited photos will be delivered within 7–21 days after you have chosen the photos for editing.
How will I receive my event photos?
Photos will be sent via Google Drive. The files will be kept on the drive for at least 2 weeks, so please download and back up your photos once you receive the link.
Indoor & Outdoor Shoots
How do I book an indoor or outdoor cosplay shoot?
Please message D.Creator Project with your shoot details. Kindly provide your name, number of pax, shoot date, start time, location, anime or game name, character name, character version, and reference images if any.
Are studio fees or location fees included?
No. The shoot rate does not include studio fees, studio booking fees, or location fees. If a studio or paid location is needed, the booking and payment should be arranged separately by the client.
Do I need permission to shoot at the location?
Yes. Please make sure photography is allowed at the chosen location, especially private locations, shopping centres, gardens, parks, or managed venues. If guards or staff do not allow the shoot, we may need to stop the session.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes. Once the booking is confirmed, full advance payment is required before 7 days of the shoot. If payment is not completed, the booking may be cancelled.
What happens if I am late for the shoot?
Please be punctual. If you are late, the shoot time will still be counted from the originally confirmed start time.
How long will the photographer wait if I am late?
The photographer will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. If the client or model fails to arrive within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the shoot and refund only 50% of the total fee.
Can I reschedule my indoor or outdoor shoot?
Yes, rescheduling may be possible if there is another available time slot. Please inform us at least 3 days before the shoot if you need to reschedule.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
There will be no refund for last-minute cancellations made less than 3 days before the shoot.
How long does photo delivery take?
All photos will be provided in JPG format within 7 days after the shoot ends. Edited photos will be delivered within 14–21 days after you have chosen the photos for editing.
What kind of editing is included?
Basic editing includes color grading, facial touch-up, and simple lighting adjustment. Advanced retouching, creative effects, background enhancement, or poster-style edits are not included and will be quoted separately under Aftercraft.
